Mastering arpeggios is the corner stone of a good musician and a must for the jazz improviser. In this lesson we'll begin with general explanations and information about arpeggios then thoroughly cover two octave major 7th arpeggios. We'll work thoroughly through three finger patterns then show you several more. Next we'll play them around the cycle of 4ths in a study that uses many different patterns and well incorporate discussion and demonstrations of picking technique and introduce speed picking. We'll finish with the theory behind the arpeggios and a worksheet for you to use to memorize the factors of each chord. 29 minute lesson demonstrated slowly with fretboard close ups. Includes PDF in tab and notation and worksheet.
