In the same way, the Dexterity Builders Series lays the groundwork to help you build better dexterity and strength to improve your playing. In addition, by mastering scale patterns up and down the neck you will become comfortable with the patterns and develop the ability to create music by using scales. These are good exercises to work on quietly while watching TV to create "Finger Memory." Once mastered you can continue these exercises for a few minutes daily to maintain your dexterity level.
