Sight Reading

Sight reading is comprised of two parts, reading the notes and reading the rhythms. Both parts are mastered with study and practice. A well rounded musician is able to read a music chart when the occcasion arises.  It's not easy and you'll  have to rehearse it through but without proper preparation it may be impossible.  These lessons are invaluable to anyone who may encounter a situation where they have to read a music chart and want to be prepared for the opportunity.

For sight reading of rhythms instruction see Rich's Rhythms at First Sight Course.
Available in workbook with audio CDs, on CD-Rom  and download formats.
